Green Synthesis of ZnO and Ag-ZnO Nanoparticles using Macrotyloma Uniflorum: Evaluation of Antibacterial Activity

In this work, using Macrotyloma Uniflorum leaves an affordable and eco-friendly, ZnO Ag-ZnO metal oxide nanoparticles were reported. Ensuing characterized by UV–visible spectroscopy, FT-IR Spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, Scanning Electron Microscopy with Energy Dispersive Transmission Microscopy, Dynamic Light Scattering. The green synthesized comprise average size of about 120.16 nm 91.17 respectively. minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) these mixtures thereof, Ag-ZnO, determined on B.subtilis, Streptococci E.coli cultures. MIC their antimicrobial activity studied in vitro; both types showed high antibacterial activity. Also, it has shown excellent results value 62.5 µg/ml for against nanoparticles. better effect than the So, we can strongly suggest as a potent agent biological applications.
